SCOTTISH OPERA PRESENTS THE VERDI COLLECTION IN GLASGOW AND EDINBURGH

As part of our Opera in Concert series, we are excited to present The Verdi Collection, a selection of the Italian composer’s greatest hits at City Halls, Glasgow and Usher Hall, Edinburgh on February 10 and 11.

PUPILS IN FOR A SCARE WITH SCOTTISH OPERA’S PRIMARY SCHOOLS SHOW THE CURSE OF MACCABBRA OPERA HOUSE

We are excited to announce that our primary schools production, The Curse of MacCabbra Opera House, begins its sold-out tour around Scotland in February and, for the very first time, is also available for only £100 as a digital only learning and teaching experience.

OPERA HIGHLIGHTS TOURS THIS SPRING TO 18 VENUES ACROSS SCOTLAND

Our hugely popular Opera Highlights is back on the road this February, travelling across the country from the Scottish Borders to the Highlands and Islands. The tour kicks off on Valentine’s Day at East Kilbride Village Theatre, exploring love in all its forms in one enchanting evening.

SCOTTISH OPERA WELCOMES 60TH EMERGING ARTIST IN 60TH ANNIVERSARY SEASON

A talented group of Emerging Artists has joined us for the 2022/23 Season: tenor Osian Wyn Bowen, soprano Zoe Drummond, costume trainee Isabelle Mercier, baritone Colin Murray, mezzo-soprano Lea Shaw (returning for a second Season), and repetiteur Kristina Yorgova.
